  Set up the log surface. The pipeline will write here daily.

  First entry. The site now has a /log route backed by a logs content collection. From here on, daily activity across repos shows up below — one file per day, written by a small automation that reads git activity and produces a short summary.

  The shape of an entry is intentionally tight: a date, a one-line summary, the repos touched, and a few sentences if anything is worth saying. Anything longer belongs in /writing.
