My Product Philosophy

Over 7+ years, I've developed a clear philosophy: combine user empathy with data insights, ship fast but thoughtfully, and bridge the gap between business, tech, and design.

Core Principles

User-First, Always

Every product decision starts and ends with the user. Data informs, but empathy guides. I believe in continuous user research, weekly interviews, and being close to the customer. What users say matters, but what they do matters more.

Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven

Analytics tell you what happened and where users drop off. But they don't tell you why. I combine quantitative metrics with qualitative insights to understand the full story. Measure everything, but don't let numbers blind you to user needs.

Ship Fast, Iterate Faster

Perfect is the enemy of good. I believe in rapid iteration, MVPs, and learning by shipping. Launch 70% solutions, gather feedback, and improve. Velocity with quality beats perfection that never ships.

Transparent Communication

Clear expectations, honest updates, and open dialogue build trust and alignment. I believe in over-communicating: weekly updates, accessible roadmaps, and making the "why" behind decisions transparent to the team.

My Approach to Product Decisions

Discovery First

Before building anything, understand the problem deeply. Talk to users, analyze data, explore competitors. Validate that the problem is worth solving.

Think in Bets

Product decisions are bets on the future. Frame them as hypotheses: "We believe that [this feature] will drive [this outcome]." Then measure and learn.

Technical Feasibility Matters

Beautiful ideas mean nothing if they can't be built or maintained. I involve engineering early, understand technical constraints, and make trade-offs with full context.

Design is Product

UX isn't decoration—it's core product work. I collaborate deeply with designers, understand design systems, and can prototype in Figma. Good PM + Design partnership is unstoppable.
